Se admit urmatoarele metode de livrare:
- judetul Constanta: livrare cu masina din depozit, pana la adresa clientului.
- in afara judetului Constanta: livrare prin firma de transport PALEX.
- ridicare personala, din depozit, cu sediul central in Murfatlar, jud. Constanta.
Pentru cele mentionate mai sus, este necesar suport la descarcare!
In cazul livrarii prin firma de transport PALEX:

- IN MOMENTUL PRIMIRII PALETULUI CU MARFA TREBUIE SA FACETI POZE ACESTUIA LA EXTERIOR, DIN TOATE UNGHIURILE.
- DUPA DESFACEREA MARFII, VERIFICATI FIECARE CUTIE/PIESA IN PARTE SI FACETI POZE PRODUSELOR DETERIORATE.
- ACEASTA PROCEDURA ESTE NECESARA PENTRU DESPAGUBIREA CLIENTULUI IN CAZ CA MARFA NU ESTE IN STARE BUNA.
- TERMENUL PENTRU VERIFICAREA PRODUSELOR SI TRIMITEREA POZELOR CATRE S.C. MAX S.R.L., PE WHATSAPP/EMAIL, ESTE DE MAXIM 2 ZILE LUCRATOARE DE LA PRIMIRE.
- NERESPECTAREA PROCEDURII DE RECEPTIE A PALETULUI CU MARFA SE FACE PE PROPRIE RASPUNDERE, IN ACEST CAZ NU VETI FI DESPAGUBIT.
